Lindsay Lohan has signed on to star in a new movie. E! News has learned exclusively that Lindsay Lohan has signed on to star as Nancy Pittman, once a loyal member of Charles Manson's not-so-merry band, in the movie Manson Girls. Really????
The film's director, Brad Wyman of Junction Films, confirmed the casting coup.
"Yes, I am doing it with Lindsay," he tells E! News.
A source familiar with the deal says that despite the fact that Lohan has had some recent brushes with the law and just completed rehab, "the production company is insuring her for the film."
As E! News first reported, before shooting Manson Girls Lohan will shoot the offbeat comedy Ye Olde Times with Jack Black and David Arquette this spring. That film is due out in 2009.-Yahoo.com
We say, we think she needs to stick with a good comedy movie her for so-called "comeback" film-THEN maybe branch out. She has not really had a "hit" movie by industry terms since "Mean Girls" and that was a hot minute ago that that movie came out! Maybe she and Tina Fey should write "Mean Girls: 2"-you know that would be a guaranteed hit. We will still see her Manson Girls movie though. Stay Clean Lindsay!
