Tonight someone is getting the boot on Idol and we dont know who it may be! We think it might be Jason Castro or Brooke.

Right now there are five great contestants so it is going to be hard from here on out!

Lets hope Paula jumps up on the table dancing to a David Cook song and flashes us all....hey it could happen...if she keeps sipping that vodka! Just sayin'!

Like we said there are reports that Mariah Carey is engaged to Nick Cannon and now according to shows like Entertainment Tonight-they are saying that she IS engaged!

No!!!!

We have not even seen ONE picture of them together!

We say, we cant see them together and refuse to believe it unless we hear it from her camp or from People Magazine...

until then..she is still single and waiting for me :)

WHAT, We Dig His Movies

Oscar-winning director Steven Soderbergh will make a film about high-end prostitution from the viewpoint of a call girl charging clients 10,000 dollars a night, industry press said Tuesday. The film will be titled "The Girlfriend Experience," Variety reported.

He is the mastermind behind Eric Brockovich and Oceans 11...so we will probably see this movie.

We wonder who he is going to cast? Wonder what Ashley Alexandra Dupre is up to these days..AKA Spitzer's Girl.

Britney-who has been laying low in the news, but seems to be on EVERY magazine cover-due to her new body and going to the gym. But in some good news, she is returning to the small screen! Her appearance on "How I Met Your Mother" garnered the show its best ratings, and now she is coming back to the show for May sweeps-which is sure to help the show grab the number one slot, we are sure of it!

Spears first appeared on the show in late March playing a receptionist named Abby and will return to the role in an episode titled “Everything Must Go” airing May 12. In the episode, Spears and Barney (Neil Patrick Harris’s character) taunt Ted, played by Josh Radnor, by pretending they’re in a relationship. Barney, who is desperate for a response from Abby pops her a shocking question.-PEOPLE.com

Mel Gibson who has had his share of downfalls in the past year or two with an arrest and "other" things, is returning to the big screen! The last time we saw Mel was back in "Signs". Gibson is to play the lead in "Edge of Darkness" adapted from a British television series entertainment daily Variety reported.

In the film, he plays a police officer whose political activist daughter is slain.

Tonight on Idol, the top 5 sang twice and after they all sang once, Ryan went to the judges to get a quick rundown of what they thought...when they got to Paula she went on to say to Jason Castro "the first song was good, i liked hearing your lower register and the second song-you kind of lost it for me". With everyone looking around, Randy broke the news to her that they only sang once! Keep sippin' that soda Bacardi 151 baby! She then said "oh, I thought you sang twice! This is hard writing it all down! I must have confused you with David Cook".

Britney Spears is back in the news-this time with news of her huge fortune slowly dwindling! A Los Angeles court on Thursday ordered payment of nearly $400,000 to the numerous lawyers involved in Britney Spears's affairs – with the pop star footing the bill.

All the attorneys have been working on the case for less than three months.

Samuel Ingham, Spears's court-appointed attorney, will continue to receive $10,000 a week, Commissioner Reva Goetz ruled. According to People.com

The singer's father and Wallet remain in control of her life until a July 31 hearing.

Reports told Perez that Britney was involved in a Car accident. Here is what is being said: Update:

We're told Spears pulled into the fire station on Coldwater Canyon and Ventura after getting into an accident on the highway some time around 9:00 P.M.

No one was seriously hurt. Thankfully.

The other driver in the car Spears was involved in the accident with is "making a big deal," we're told.

For all you Counting Crows fans-we have some news. A good friend of mine-and reliable source-is good friends with Adam Duritz-the lead singer from Counting Crows and he has the scoop as to why the album was delayed a little. Well Adam told him that he has "Disassociative Disorder' which is why they delayed their
new album for so long. He also told me that the reason he put on a ton
of weight was because he was on 6 different medications to fix his
depression and it made him put on weight. However, after he was
diagnosed more properly with a disease that "makes the world feel fake,
and disconnected" he was put on the proper medication (just 1) and has
since then, lost 60 pounds and still losing. He is looking like the Adam
from the "Mr. Jones" days. On top of that, the crows new album "Saturday
Nights and Sunday Mornings" is number 1 in digital charts, number 3 on
the billboard. As huge a crows fan as you know I am, I'd recommend this
album as their best effort yet. Even Rolling Stones said it's the best
album they've put out in 10 years.

We say, we are glad to hear Adam is fine and healthy right now and we are sure this album is a rock solid hit for all you old fans-and new fans-so go out and buy it or buy it on iTunes!

WHAT, Getting Married?

Ashlee Simpson and her boyfriend Pete Wentz are getting married according to reports-and do we care? “He got down on one knee and she said yes,” a family friend tells In Touch exclusively. A rep for the couple also confirms the happy news.

Ashlee and Pete just got back from Colorado, where Wentz's brother had an art exhibit.

During their getaway, the Fall Out Boy bassist asked the younger Simpson for her hand in marriage.

“She has an amazing ring, and they are so in love,” the friend tells the mag.

And, Ashlee’s parents, Popa Joe and Tina, not only approve but are said to be thrilled!-Perez.

As we reported, Ryan Seacrest donated his paycheck for one day for hosting the Idol Gives Back special which airs tomorrow to charity and now it looks like Simon is doing the same. He has donated one days pay to charity-which we are sure is a nice amount considering the millions of dollars he makes a year.

We did and we have some thoughts. We dig Michael Johns and we have from the start so we liked him tonight, but the normal people we are usually fans of-did only OK tonight :( Kristy Lee Cook who is VERY IFFY with us, did well actually and will def. do well in the country circuit. David Archuleta killed it again with another great performance. We liked Jason Castro and Syesha let that whistle note rip which was unexpected and awesome.

We say, we think the bottom three will be David Cook, Carly and maybe Brooke White-and we like ALL THREE OF THEM!!!!!!!

On a lighter note, Paula's wardrobe people must have had the night off because her boobs were SCREAMING for help-they looked painful but she was back on her bacardi 151 and we love that.

The Enquirer goes on to report that their issues were "on public display" at the end of last month at LA's popular celeb hangout, Katsuya. According to an eyewitness, they “sat in stone silence for more than 30 minutes after having what appeared to be an argument. As they left that night, Vanessa was in tears sitting next to Nick who was gripping the steering wheel of the car.”

Another source wouldn't be shocked if "Nick is sick of her." At a birthday bash for basketball star Baron Davis, Vanessa “had a good bit to drink, and she turned into a bitchy high school drama queen.” The source goes on to say that 'Nessa was totally rude to some people and then flirted with a bunch of athletes, hung all over other guys, rude to fans who wanted her autograph and spent half the evening sneering at other female guests.

Mariah's new album does not drop until April 15th-but we got a copy and have heard it and its SICK! Every song has the potential to be a radio hit and a number one hit. It is def. a nice compliment to the "The Emancipation of Mimi". She HAS to release the song "Migrate" feat. T Pain because the song is hot, the beat is crazy and its a definite hit. The album is sure to be a hit and make SURE you buy your copy April 15th and check her on Idol next week and the following week!
