As we reported before, David Archuleta on American Idol is already having songs written for him-because he will either win it or be in the top 3 and another favorite of ours-David Hernandez-who we liked from the auditions is also having songs written for him from top name people. Here is the stor, "Well-connected record industry sources tell TMZ the major publishers (including Sony and Warner) have already set their sights on David Archuleta and David Hernandez. The record publishers have already told their songwriters to write songs specifically for David-squared, whether they win or not.
Sources say this is the earliest publishers have ever committed to the contestants.
We say, thats good, because they are both awesome and deserve good contracts. So now they can wing it and let go because even if they lose-they are still winners obviously.
