We reported that Britney had dinner with Mel Gibson the other night and it seemed weird-but now reports are in and Mel is saying they have been meeting on a regular basis. His family has been in touch with her family since her entire ordeal and they actually used to be neighbors when she lived in Malibu. "We saw a girl in crisis and wanted to reach out" says Mel and his wife.
We say, good. She needs some normal in her life and Mel is pretty normal if you forget about the whole anti-jew drunken tirade.
