Thomas Jane, star of "The Punisher" was arrested early this morning for DUI. Ouch. Jane, whose real name is Thomas Elliot according to TMZ, was stopped and caught in Kern County, Calif. by CHP officers. He has been charged with two misdemeanor counts: one for DUI and one for driving with a blood alcohol level above .08%. He's due back in court for arraignment on April 9th.
He is marred to "Medium" star Patricia Arquette.
We say, that sucks!!! What is wrong with these celebrites? You have a TON of money-hire a damn driver THEN go party it up. Moron.
