Jessica Simpson who needs to stay in the spotlight because her last few movies bombed (except in the Ukraine-seriously) and she has not had a hit song since her TV show was on the air. Now, Jessica is going to Kuwait to shake it support our troops! According to her official site, "Hey ya'll.
