Mischa Barton-former actress-we kid, was charged with DUI. She was charged with four misdemeanor counts including two counts of driving under the influence. She is also being charged with driving with no license and having pot on her. She was arrested on December 27th after her car was seen by people going in between two lanes and she failed to signal when she made a turn.
We say, its just another example of celeb's lately NOT just getting a slap on the wrist. She will probably plea out, spend 28.4 minutes in jail, pay a fine and go to rehab. We'll see.
