Eva Mendes who checked herself into a rehab facility last month to deal with "some things" was seen out to dinner Monday night with her boyfriend. On-lookers said she was in good spirits, looking healthy, smiling and she signed some autographs for people waiting outside. She ate at Madeo's in Beverly Hills.
