Reports are surfacing that Mischa Barton has been approached to join the cast of Gossip Girl.
We dont know why. Was this offer before or AFTER her DUI problems? She was killed off on "THE O.C." and her career as a film actress has gone nowhere.
We say, I guess give it a shot, maybe it will draw more viewers? We wonder who she would play b/c all those drugs are making her look kinda old, no?
UPDATE: Mischa TURNED DOWN the role to appear on the show! She will not be on it
