Janet Jackson's new album does not come out for another week, however, I was able to get a copy and give myself a personal listening session. The album teeter's on old school Janet with a new electric pop.funk sound. As we can hear in her new song "FEEDBACK", which is a club banging track, the in-lay of electronic vocal machines distorting her voice on some parts, but making the song hot. The album has similar tracks like that, my personal favorite, So Much Betta and the other club friendly track, The 1 Feat Missy baby! Anything with Missy is fire anyway so its all good. There are, of course, some old school Janet that slivers through with the naughtiness and filth that we have come to know and love. New Janet fans will dig it and old school Janet fans will love it. We say, get your copy when it drops next week!
