Britney Spears and her lawyers appealed before a judge to see what she can do about getting some custody of her two children. The popwreck is said to be missing her kids bad (almost as much as she keeps missing her underwear) and she wants to get some type of arrangement going. However, after the appeal, the judge denied her request and she still cannot have any contact with them. It's been a good two months since has seen her children and good two days since we last saw her vajayjay-hey, I am just sayin' head over to Page Six and see for yourself! All kidding aside, if she keeps up with her new bodyguard, new system, and new life, maybe she will get custody sooner than she thinks.
